Our most senior clinician, Alastair Bacon, has a wealth of practical experience, having successfully fitted tens of thousands of hearing aids since 1984. Alastair loves the challenge of finding solutions for even the most difficult of cases.

Alastair was one of the founding members of the Australian College of Audiology.

Clinician

Dianne McMahon has been successfully fitting hearing aids for over 20 years. Dianne has an intimate knowledge of most brands having worked for a number of audiology businesses over the years. Dianne has a caring nature and is highly empathetic to the needs of her clients.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience, having first worked in the hearing healthcare profession when she was just 18. Caroline has successfully fitted thousands of people with hearing aids. Caroline enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Caroline is a member of the Australian College of Audiology.

Aaron represents the third generation of hearing professionals in his family and has been associated with hearing aids and rehabilitation since a young child. Aaron brings the younger generations familiarity of technology to audiology, which is especially useful as hearing devices integrate with other forms of technology.

Alex thrives on customer service and ensuring all the office systems and procedures run smoothly resulting in clients obtaining the best personal care in a timely professional manner. Alex first commenced working in the field of hearing rehabilitation more than 10 years ago. Alex is completing her studies to become a clinician.

Customer Relations Manager

Michelle liaises with our clients ensuring all their needs are met. Michelle assists in obtaining finance for our clients.

Michelle is a real advocate of hearing aids as she has worn hearing aids since 2004 and finds they make her job conversing on the phone so much easier. Michelle finds that the streaming of speech from her phone directly into her hearing aids has not only made her job so much easier but it has also eliminated the headaches she used to get by resting the phone between her ear and shoulder.

Alicia is our cheerful, always helpful receptionist who books our appointments and handles all our despatching. Those battery and consumables orders you receive in the post have been sent to you courtesy of Alicia. Alicia is our youngest member of staff. She is full of energy and very sociable.
