1. What first made you notice changes in your hearing?

“After Woking at the time a builder. And never using ear buds, and very noises I found I could not always understand what people said to me, so had the lip read and got good at it.”

2. How did your hearing loss affect your daily life, lifestyle, or relationships?

“Well the family always complained that the TV was too loud. And not being able to hear to every thing said to me”

3. How long did it take you to take action and get hearing aids after you noticed your hearing had changed?

“About 2 year’s as I was only 42 at the time this hearing loss started. And my thinking was that only old people got bad hearing and I was still young”

4. What held you back — or motivated you — to get hearing help?

“Thinking only old people get hearing aids. Not young people like me at that time. Yes I had seen many Clinics before not all are very good as they are just to sell you what they think is the best brand to get the most money un like the Hidden Hearing Clinic”

5. Had you been to other clinics before coming to Hidden Hearing? If yes, what made you choose us in the end?

“Yes I have been to many Clinic before going to Hidden Hearing and having not the best help”

6. What was your first impression when you visited Hidden Hearing?

“Well I must say that I found Hidden Hearing a change for the better. I had previously been  told that my hearing was profound and need to buy the best hearing aids and very expensive, so the first set of aids I buy from a clinic near where I live and I used them for 5 years and expensive. Unlike Hidden Hearing”

7. What type of hearing aids do you use now?

“Phonak Audeo Sphere’s Bluetooth, which is use every day”

8. Was there an adjustment period? What did you find helpful while getting used to them?

“Well I do not like the ear molds as they hurt my ears, but after buying the best hearing aids from Hidden Hearing. I use them for a while with just the rubber domes, but I found out that people near me could hear the conversation from my aids, so using TV my wife could hear the TV from my aids I so I got the ear moulds. And I still do not like them, but as of this time have got use to them and are ok with them now.”

9. How have hearing aids changed or improved your life?

“The improvement to life is about 90% no hearing aids are perfect, the Companies advertising, is just that advertising”

10. Can you share a moment or memory where you really noticed the difference?

“Well was in the Hidden Clinic and was shown how the  Ai Spheric Speech in Loud Noise was turned on and i could still hear talking. And now I hear the shower water running from a different room.”

11. What advice would you give to someone who’s unsure about getting hearing aids?

“Well I say do not make the mistake I made waiting over 2 years to get help. Looking back it was mistake, and one should find the best Clinic that has the best skilled people to help.
